Overview
Merbau is also known as Kwila which grows in Southeast Asia, the Philippines, Solomon Islands, Fiji and Papua New Guinea. The wood colour ranges from orangish-brown to darker reddish-brown with some golden fleck throughout the grain. It is a very durable and termite resistant wood with excellent stability.
